Unfortunately with the marks 131 in CUET PG botany, getting admission in UOH is very low. The expected cut off for general category is around 240. And even for reserved category its 160 to 180. Your score is in below average range so it's difficult to get admission in this college.

Your chances for BSc Botany in top central universities might be limited but you can still explore state universities and pvt colleges that accept lower CUET scores. The exact cutoff varies by college, so it's best to shortlist a few and check their 2024 cutoffs on their official websites or on Shiksha. Best of luck!

To get admission to a BSc botany programme through cuet you should choose biology as a domain specific subject additionally you may also need to select Physics and chemistry as domain subjects depending on specific University and programme requirements but biology is a coal requirement and you may also have to choose language subject that is offered in the list of languages in CUET.

Yes a good knowledge of botany and plant sciences is needed if candidates wish to apply for a Pharmacognosy course.
Pharmacognosy includes knowing medicinal plants, structure, characteristics and also studying their chemical constituents.
