An international student who desires to study at BPP University, they need to have a TB test as part of their visa application, depending on how long they will be in the UK and what other countries they have been resident in. For further information, international students may visit the government website to find out if they will need a TB test.

Once the TB test result is negative, international students will be given a certificate. The certificate is valid for six months from the date of the test, and they will need to include it with their UK visa application.

The BRP is required by international students in the UK. There are several steps students need to follow for BRP:

  • Collect the BRP from the post office branch that international students selected during their application.

  • This must be done within 10 days of arriving in the UK.

  • Take the passport with the entry clearance visa and BRP decision letter when international students will go to collect their BRP card.

  • When the student receives the BRP, it is important that they check if all their details are correct (name, date of birth, expiry date, etc.).
