BPP Uni does offer full tuition financial aid to Indian students. However, these are very limited and highly competitive. Most BPP Uni scholarships only provide partial tuition cover to Indian students.
The Vice Chancellor's Scholarship is a popular financial aid programme that covers full tuition costs for Indian students at BPP Uni.

Yes, Indian students do need to submit a separate scholarship application to study at BPP Uni. The university does not automatically consider students for scholarships unlike some other colleges and universities in the UK.
