School of Broadcasting and Communication is not a university, but a college. This college is affiliated with Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, which has a solid reputation in this field. As far as whether it's good or not, that's a difficult question to answer. Different people will give you different answers. I personally find the syllabus informative and I like the balance they have of education and promoting work experience. However, I know people who do not like this college and are considering leaving it. So, here's something you should consider. If you are looking for a typical college life with a big campus and everything that comes with it, this place may not be for you. However, if you want a place that is extremely career focused and one that provides a good balance of work, education, as well as free time, you could gladly choose this college.

Rest most of other contemporary colleges offering mass communication are in outskirts of towns with zero media presence and boast about lush green campuses and peacefully environment, trust me more than lush green campuses and peaceful environment what is essential here is that you are already in the midst of the media industry and while studying itself you get to make contacts and learn things on ground about how things function in the industry Which is any day better.
- And lastly the management of the college is always open to new ideas from students and promotes talent and most importantly supportive towards getting you a good internship and best in class placements with a reasonable fee structure which is almost half of what other colleges charge.
