Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering admission is based on merit and entrance exams. The college accepts national entrance exams such as PGCET, MAT, and others. To get admission to the BTech course, candidates must appear for JEE Main/ COMEDK/ Common Entrance Test (CET)/ AIEEE. They must also be Class 12 passed or equivalent with 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.

Candidates applying for Uttarakhand BTech admission must fulfill the conditions mentioned here
- Passed class 12 with Physics and Maths and any one optional subject
- Obtained minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of for reserved category candidates) in class 12.
- There is no age criteria

To study BTech at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology Pune students must be selected based on qualifying exam or Class 12 scores for Management quota while for non-management the admissions will depend on entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains or MHT CET with students having to go through the respective counselling process.

To pursue BTech from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology Pune students must meet the course eligibility of having passed Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics and Maths as the compulsory subjects or equivalent diploma/certificate. Though students may have extra requirements depending on the specialisation chosen or preferred.

The basic eligibility criteria Chitkara University for a BTech programme is given below:
- Passed 12th with a min. aggregate of 60% or 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths; appeared in JEE Main-2026 (Jan/April); &, passed 12th examination in the year 2025 or appearing in 2026. The admission shall be made on the All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main-2026.
- Passed 12th with a min. aggregate of 70% or secured 70% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics; and, passed 12th exams in 2025 or appearing in 2026.

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. University will not conduct a separate IPU CET for admission to BTech course. The admission to BTech course is based on JEE Main marks. Candidates who want to join Engineering must have a valid JEE Main score.

To pursue BTech from International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad students need to meet the course eligibility which is that students must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 in Science stream with a minimum aggregate score of 45%. While admissions depends on entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains, UGEE, etc.

The basic eligibility requirement for the BTech programme at Manav Institute is given below:
B.Tech. – Ist year (First Semester) Course
A student should have passed 12th tests from any recognised board/university with physics & Maths as imp subjects along with one of the following subjects.
(i) Chemistry
(ii) Bio-Technology
(iii) Computer Science (CS)
(iv) Biology, etc.
