btech Eligibility

The basic eligibility criteria for BTech course admissions is Class 12 with a minimum of 55% aggreagte. The accepted entrance exams are VITEEE,  JEE Main,  AP EAMCET,  MHT CET,  TS EAMCET,  CUET,  TS3 India, and others. All the candidates who are eligible for admissions must visit the official website and apply for timely admissions. Admissions to various courses are based on the merit and scores secured by students in entrance tests. 

KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS Guntur) Admission Criteria (B.Tech):

Category A (70% seats): Through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for 1st year and ECET for 2nd year (lateral entry). Must pass 12th with PCM or Diploma in Engineering.

Category B (30% seats): Through management quota, based on JEE Main rank or 12th marks (min 45% for general, 40% for reserved). NRI quota (5%) requires 50% marks or 5 CGPA.

All admissions follow APSCHE rules.

M.Tech admissions require a B.Tech degree and valid GATE/PGECET rank.

Dr D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering Management and Research (DYPIEMR) eligibility criteria for the B.Tech course are:

• Passed HSC (Class 12) or an equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• Obtained a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% aggregate for reserved category).
• Admission is entry-based, primarily through valid scores in JEE Main or MHT CET.

BTech programme candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects, securing a minimum of 70% marks in all these subjects combined. As per the college's decision, 50% of the  total seats available in each BTech course are filled through JEE (Main) 2025 All India Rank (CRL). The remaining seats in each BTech courses are filled through Class 12 Examination PCM Percentage. 

The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at Madhira Institute of Technology and Sciences:

Candidates should have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) education from a recognised board.

The qualifying examination must include Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or a Technical Vocational subject.

A minimum aggregate of 45% in the above subjects is required for general category students. For reserved categories (SC/ST), the minimum aggregate is 40%.

To be eligible for B.E./B.Tech at JNTUA College of Engineering, Ananthapuramu, candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Andhra Pradesh State Board or an equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects. Admission is based on a valid rank in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, with seat allotment conducted by the Convener as per APSCHE guidelines.  

The selection criteria for B.E. / B.Tech courses at Audisankara College of Engineering and Technology (ACET), located in Gudur, Andhra Pradesh, typically follow the guidelines set by the Andhra Pradesh state government and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).Through Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test):This is the primary mode of admission.Conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK).Based on rank obtained in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, and counseling process.
