Those who apply for OPT after graduation can work in the USA for up to 12 months. Students who have graduated with a STEM degree can request an additional stay back of 24 months on OPT. IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi campus BTech admissions will be based on either the Combined Entrance Admission Test (CAET) or JEE (Advanced), depending on the applicant's category:
- CAET is for UAE Nationals, Indian expatriates with 5 years of schooling in the UAE, and International students. For CAET, candidates have to submit the CAET 2025 application form, appear for CAET and qualify it, and subsequently fill branch choice and seats will be allotted based on CAET final merit list.
- Indian Nationals must qualify for JEE (Advanced) 2025 and apply through the JoSAA Seat Allocation Portal.
