For most colleges, the basic eligibility for admission in the BTech programme requires the applicants to score a minimum aggregate of 45-75% in Class 12 or its equivalent, depending on the course, specialisations, and college selected by the students. However, the selection for BTech courses in a majority of colleges, including JNU is done on the basis of valid score obtained by the students in the entrance exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, etc. Hence, it can not be said surely if one can secure their admission in a regular college if they have scored less than 50% in their Class 12 boards. DAIICT Gandhinagar GUJCET Cutoff for Round 1 was out for diffferent categories under the HS Quota. The Cutoff ranks ranged between 58 and 217 for the General AI category candidates. For BTech in Mathematics and Computing, the Cutoff closed at 58.
For the OBC HS category candidates, the Cutoff closed at 170 for BTech in Mathematics and Computing, making it the most competitive course. The cutoff was also released for the ST, SC, EWS and PWD category candidates.
