I would say you should prefer to pursue your B.Tech from PV Narsimha Rao Veterinary University over Veterinary College shimoga because you will get a good study environment along with experienced faculties. The administration, management, and curriculum are top notch and also it is considered to be as No.1 college in entire Telengana. Here you will get all kind of amenities you need and it's fee structure is also feasible. The top recruiting companies are APQS, NDDB, ICAR and many more. The placements are top notch, quiet impressive and commendable as well.
But in case of Veterinary College Shimoga you will get the basic amenities

A number of things should be taken into account when choosing between Tiffin University and IIT Guwahati for a B.Tech program. Ohio's Tiffin University provides a more individualized education with lower class sizes, committed advisers, and an emphasis on supporting students during their academic career. However, IIT Guwahati, located in India, is well known for its research and technical education programs.
