It is challenging to conclude with certainty whether B.Tech programme at Heritage Institute of Technology (HIT) has "better" placements because both the B.Tech in CSE and the B.Tech in ECE offer benefits and strengths of their own. The decision may be influenced by your own preferences, aptitudes, and professional goals.

Coursesthe highest/Average PackageTop Recruiters
B.Tech in CSEAverage package of around INR 6-7 LPA for CSEInfosys,  Wipro,  TCS,   Google, etc.
B.Tech in ECEAverage package of around INR 5-6 LPA for ECECapGemini, Century Ply, Cognizant, HCL, etc.

B.Tech at COER Roorkee you need to give the JEE MAINS exam and get at least 50 percentile in that as the closing rank is near about 5,00,000.

Thus for 50 percentile, you need 31-40 marks out of 300 and for Computer Science you need 70 percentile i.e 41-50 marks out of 300.
