Yes, you can get admission in MIT College of Railway Engineering and Research (MITCORER) for B.Tech with a 60% in Class 12th. However, to do that, you must show up for the MHTCET or JEE Main exams
The eligibility criteria for MITCORER's B.Tech programme include:
Class 12 from a recognised board or Diploma in Engineering/Technology with at least 50% aggregate
For Maharashtra State Candidature candidates and All India Candidature, the minimum aggregate marks required are 60%.

With respect to the highest package and placement, SSAHE is better than MITCORER.

Seat intake for B.Tech in SSAHE cant be determined as itc changes every year depending upon various factors. Even contacting the institution doesnt help with the same. Interested canidates might contact the administration cell of SSAHE for the same.

Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad is a premier university formerly known as Silver Oak Group of Institutions. It is ranked 7th among top 10 Engineering Colleges in India by The Times of India and awarded as "Most Innovative Engineering College" by 94.3 My FM.
The fees for Silver Oak University B.Tech course range between INR 1.98 lakh - INR 2.64 lakh. The duration of the course is from three to six years.
First year fee is 66,000 and rest it will increase or decrease according to your opted course.

SOCET and IITE are two well known tier-1 colleges in education level.
They both have much similarities but fcourse one difference in placement. IITE provide more packages in comparision to SOCET.
Both SOCET and IITE are above average colleges for pursuing your career in B.Tech. The fees for both colleges are less than Rs. 1lac per year. The Placement scenario of SOCET is a lot better than IITE with companies like Amazon, Infosys, IBM, Polaris, Tata, etc. visiting the campus. According to me, SOCET will be a better choice as compared to IITE.

Silver Oak University (SOU) is premier private university carrying forward the legacy of Silver Oak Group of Institutes.
It started with 240 students and has grown into one of the largest campuses for Engineering College and a plethora of courses that houses more than 15000 students.
Every year approximately 800 students are placed in B.Tech only and rest in other campus by two form of admission, 10+2 and other competative examination.

The selection procedure for BTech at NIT Nagaland revolves around the entrance exam and counselling process. To qualify for the BTech programme candidates must appear for the JEE Main exams followed by the JoSAA counselling. Canddiates must apply by visiting the official website of the JEE Main and JoSAA. Once, candidates qulify the exams/ counselling they are eligibile to take the final admission in BTech at NIT Nagaland.a

Yes, you can join a BTech course without appearing for JEE in India. Many engineering colleges have their own entrance exams or other eligiblity for BTech.
