To get admission in B.E./B.Tech at the International Institute of Engineering and Technology, you must pass 12th grade with at least 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics. Yes, you can! While KEAM is the main route for merit-based admissions, ASET also reserves a portion of its seats under the management quota. If you've completed your 10+2 with good marks in Science subjects, especially PCM, you're eligible to apply directly. The college ensures that passion for engineering is never turned away just because of one entrance exam. At ASET, they value determination just as much as examination scores.

To apply for B.E. / B.Tech at ASET, you need to have completed your 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as core subjects, along with Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science. You must have at least fifty percent aggregate marks, with a valid KEAM score preferred for merit-based admissions. But even if you fall short of the entrance exam path, there are management quotas that ensure dreams still find a door. ASET welcomes dedication, not just marks.

B.Tech course is started new at FIMT college still you can take admission, because there is already a BCA programme in the IT Department that has been running since 2009 and its placement record has been very good, about 10% of the students are placed in MNCs like TCS and Wipro. 2 to 5% of students go for higher studies and the remaining students get placed at an average package. Therefore, the department has a record of 100% placement for almost the last 5 years. Based on this, we can say that the B.Tech programme is starting here from 2025-26. Therefore, the overall record of B.Tech will also be good.

The course-wise salary offered is yet to be released. However, the the highest and average packages offered during Zeal College placements in 2024 stood at INR 13.50 LPA and INR 4.50 LPA,  respectively.

You also need a valid JEE Main or HSTES score. For lateral entry, a Diploma in engineering with minimum 45% marks is required. Admission is done through online counseling and document verification.

To get admission to the IIIT Hyderabad BTech course, students must have valid scores in the accepted entrance exams such as  IIITH PGEE, IIITH UGEE, and others. Those students who could not qualify JEE Main or have missed the JEE Main exam, worry not. UGEE IIIT Hyderabad interviews take place in June. 

The eligibility criteria for BTech specialisations at SDIET is as follows: 

• Candidates must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, securing at least 60% marks in aggregate for B.Tech CE and CSE
• Candidates must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate For B.Tech ME .
