1. Eligibility Criteria (General for CSE)
To be eligible for B.Tech CSE admissions in 2026:
10+2 or equivalent passed/appearing (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from a recognised board.
Most colleges require Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
Minimum aggregate marks usually ~ 45–50% (varies by institute/state category).

While NCERT books are good for LPU NEST preparation, students must not study only NCERT. The candidates must refer to the LPU NEST syllabus provided on the official website and check different books for the topics given in the syllabus.
