The NMIT Bangalore BTech admission process starts with an application stage. In this stage, interested students are required to submit an online application form available on the official website of the institute. Moreover, as per the institute's admission policy, students are required to take the NUCAT exam.

Once the application stage is completed, the institute's selection committee constitutes a rank list based on students' scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this list, students are shortlisted. The shortlisted students must report to the institute for verification of documents and payment of fees.

NITTE Meenakshi Bangalore admits students to its BTech courses based on their performance in the NUCAT exam. Thus, those who aspire to take admission can register and appear for the aforementioned exam. As per the official website of the institute, the NUCAT exam was held in February 2025.
