The admission procedure begins at the school with the release of application forms. Students who have completed Class 12 in the Science stream with Mathematics/ Biology with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories) to apply for BTech. The selection for BTech programme is based on NEET, JEE (Paper-I) or CET score. Candidates who get selected can get their documents verified and pay the admission fee amount to confirm admission.

Once the selection is done, candidates have to pay the admission fee amount to lock their seats. MIT School of Bioengineering Sciences BTech in Bioengineering tuition fees is INR 9.43 lakh. The total course fee may include other components as well, such as security deposit, registration fees, and more. There is no entrance exam required for admission to BTech at Hindusthan Institute of Technology, candidates seeking admission to the programme must participate in TNEA Conunselling. Those who passed Class 12 from a recognised board are eligible to participate in the counselling process.

It is your personal choice which option you want to follow. I am listing here few points which you may consider:
1)University of Edinburgh, USA is a widely recognised top university for pursuing B.Tech. It is among the top most universitites listed in QS World Rankings while IIT Guwahti is top most engineering college within India.
2) University of Edinburgh is excellent in the field of CS, IT and technology fields while IIT Guwahti is perfect for pursuing Core Engineering.
3) EU Firms, Google, Microsoft hires directly and actively from University of Edinburgh while Amazon, Google hires students from IIT Guwahti to work

With PCB, you are generally not eligible for BTech, as most colleges require PCM. However, some universities offer Biotechnology or related branches for PCB students.

Yes you can apply for it. Admissions is based on your JEE Main rank through the university counselling process. Eligible candidate must have completed their 10+2 examination with physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
