BITS-Pilani, VIT University, Vellore, and Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, are some of the best private colleges for pursuing B.Tech in India. To be admitted to a B.Tech programme at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), you need to select Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics in Section II of the exam:
You must also meet the following eligibility criteria:
Pass class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 50%
Study Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in a class 12
Candidates who don't appear in Section II of the exam a will not be admitted to BHU.
