Hello ! Yes, The direct admission for doing B.E./B.Tech at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology is possible without TSEdCET. as because This institute has the management quota system for direct admissions, which will not consider any entrance exam score. But one should know that the seats are limited under the management quota, and the fee may differ from that of the general admission process.

Full admission to B.Tech course you need to be a class 12 pass with a minimum of 50% aggregate in the respective subjects from recognised board. You must also have studied with the physics, chemistry and mathematics in class 12th
Selection are through on the basis of your WBJEE score card. You must appear for the WBJEE exam, which is generally held in last week of April.

Administration to B.Tech and b.pharna courses at Datta Meghe College of Engineering is based on the Maharashtra Common Entrance test. So it is not possible to get enrolled in the course without giving entrance.
But you can try next year.

Jamia Millia Islamia is taking B.Tech admission through the merit of JEE main. Previously they conducted their own exam but now admission is only through the merit of JEE main.
You have to register yourself for the councelling for B.Tech through their website (jmicoe.in) and then they releases the list of students selected in University.

To join MIT Academy of Engineering for a B.Tech program, candidates are required to appear for either the JEE Main or MHT-CET entrance exams. Admission is based on the scores obtained in these exams followed by a counseling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.
