BTL Institute of Technology and Management

BTL Institute of Technology and Management is a private college instituted in 1997 by BTL Educational Trust. The college is situated at Bangalore, Karnataka. This institution is an affiliated unit of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). This institution has also received AICTE approval and the recognition from DTE of Karnataka, Government. BTLITM offers various programs as an undergraduate and postgraduate in engineering and management, specializing in the provision of quality technical education.

BTL Institute of Technology and Management provides 100% scholarships to students based on their academic excellence and extracurricular achievements. The scholarships are available for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The minimum marks at the 10+2 level should be 45% for general candidates and 40% for others. In addition, applicants who are applying through government CET seats must have completed at least seven years of study in Karnataka. 

The college follows VTU syllabus. Teachers here are not knowledgeable. However, some lecturers are good and knowledgeable, but most of them are newly joined and do not teach well. Lab technicians are just average to teach students. Some teachers don't even speak proper English. None of the teachers has followed COVID-19 protocols. Overall the facilities are neither too good nor so bad.

Hi.COMEDK UGET counselling 2024 has concluded for BTech and BArch courses with the Round 3 seat allotment result declaration. For the next academic year, the COMEDK UGET 2025 dates are yet to be released.

Hi.Faculty of BTL Institute of Technology and Management members are good, and almost all of them are friendly.  Professors are good at teaching. They  help the students who are eager to study.  The coordination between students and professors is good. They teach well during  lab sessions.They help in other activities like seminar, internships, and projects. They also support extracurricular activities.

Alumni of BTL Institute of Technology working on the companies Accenture, Infosys, Amazon, Genpact, Tata Consultancy Services, L&T Technology Services, Wipro, Capgemini, etc. Many great companies visit the campus for placements, but the reviews say that only around 20% of students get placed. The average package offered at the college is around INR 3 - 4 LPA.

Hi.BTL Institute of Technology and Management admission is entrance based for courses offered at UG and PG levels. Some of the popular exams accepted by the institution for admission are GATE, KCET, and COMEDK UGET, etc.
