As many of the seats already get acquired in first round, but there is a chance that you could get a better option which is above in your choice filling form.

If you have done your choice filling and BIET is on first preference, go for the counselling till the last round.

There is only 50% chances that you can get any of the college you listed above because lateral entry depends on the basis of the vacant seats available in the second year.

Yes, with this rank, you can get all the colleges you have listed above, even you can get HBTI too.

Yes, but you have less chances (around 75% chances) that you can get admission into those colleges at this rank, because lateral entry depends on the basis of vacant seats available in the second year.
