As per the information available on the university's official website, IFTM University does accept CAT scores for MBA admission. However, it is not compulsory for applicants to have a valid CAT score. The programme's eligibility criteria require applicants to have passed Graduation with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST candidates); or have a valid CAT/MAT score. Applicants satisfying any one of these criteria can take admission at IFTMU for an MBA.

KCT Coimbatore's official website states certain criteria based on which candidates are given preference during the MBA seat allocation process. As per the website, students who have participated in extracurricular activities during the UG courses are given preference. Other than this, in terms of entrance test scores, students from other states with MAT scores above 700 are given preference to promote diversity. In addition to this, students with a math background are also preferred.

Both Pune and Mumbai are strong choices for pursuing a BBA. If you want a balanced student life with good academics and affordable living : Pune (SCMS) is an excellent choice. If you want maximum exposure and career opportunities from the start : Mumbai (HR or Jai Hind) is better.
