The process of admission to MBA at XISS Ranchi is a two step process followed by a written test. Mere admission Graduation with minimum 50% marks is required for the candidates. They must also write entrance tests such as CAT, XAT or CMAT and must score at least 50 percent in CAT/XAT, CMAT 60 percent. Candidates are then invited for a group discussion and an individual interview once they have been sorted out from a pool of other eligible candidates. Thus the final list is prepared in the ratio of 60% for entrance examination, 20% for group discussion, and 20% for personal interview. This programme has a total takeover of 315 students

Yes, you can get an integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.
There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5-year integrated programs and such IITs are IIT Madras, Jodhpur, Kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and Jamshedpur.

SRK University MBA placement 2024 report has not been released. According to the overall Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University UG-3 year placement report, many recruiters participated in the 2022 placements. The median package offered during the UG-3-year placements in 2022 stood at INR 6.80 LPA. Additionally, some of the companies that visit the campus include CISCO, Wipro, HCL, Flairsoft, HDFC Bank, Impetus, etc.

You can not get direct admission for an MBA to any top college with 39% marks in graduation. You can take an entrance exam such as MAT, CAT, ATMA, or any university-specific exam to get admitted to a top management college. You can also go for direct admission under a low-tier private college.
