The MBA in HR is typically offered as a two-year programme by most universities. However, many European business schools, particularly in the UK, also provide a one-year MBA program. Candidates can choose between a one year and a 2-year MBA course. A 2-year MBA programme also includes internships that are important to land a good job opportunity. An internship also gives MBA graduates practical work experience as well. It is advised that students check the course details thoroughly and make sure that they match their career aspirations and future goals.

I hope this helps you!
