70%ile for XAT (very desired)
MAT: 70%ile (strong profile, decent alternative)
GMAT: 700+ (makes up for academic deficiencies)
ISAT for IFIM: 60%ile (viable alternative without further exams)
More than just test results, a solid resume, experience, and interview all improve your chances! Aim higher than the minimal to increase your chances of acceptance!

Predicted cut scores for the main entry exams:
CAT: percentiles 80–90
XAT: percentiles 85–95
GMAT: 650–700
MAT: percentiles 85–90
CMAT: percentiles 90–95
The actual cutoff may differ based on the level of competition in each year; these are only predicted scores.
Your chances of being admitted rise if your score is higher than the projected cutoffs.
During the selection process, IFIM also takes into account your employment history, educational background, and performance in the in-person interview.
It is not required, but you can increase your chances even more by taking the institute-level ISAT (IFIM Skills Assess

The seat intake is 60 students in PG courses in The Delhi School of Communication. It also depends upon the course you are opting for. In BA there are only 40 seats available. In MMC course also there are 60 seats offered to students.
You can also check with the college as availability of seats may vary every year depending upon the college selection and also it is based on the quota as well.

The Delhi School of Communication is older and better college. Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication is recently started college in 2003. Placements are a bit lower than The Delhi School of Communication. If you believe in experience the you should obviously join DSC. The Delhi School of Communication provides PG in 2 years and AIMC provides in 1 year. Also, the highest salary offered by The Delhi School of Communication is 12.5 LPA where as in AIMC its 3.5 LPA.
