RCSS Kerala MBA is offered in seven specialisations. Students can choose their preferred specialisation in the second year of the programme. Each specialisation has a list of elective subjects. The primary eligibility requirement to get admission into MBA courses is candidates must complete their graduation in any field. Additionally, for the selection process, the college accepts TANCET scores, followed by counseling. The TANCET exam is the first step, conducted by Anna University, and serves as the gateway for admissions to MBA courses at Sasurie College of Engineering and its other affiliated colleges.

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences has a dedicated Placement and Career Support Cell to provide placement opportunities for MBA students. As of now, the college has not released the latest statistics relating to MBA placements 2024. The median packages offered to MBA students in 2023 and 2022 are presented below:

Rajagiri College of Social Sciences (RCSS) has a dedicated placement cell to manage the placements of various courses. As of now, the course-wise placement rate for MBA has not been released by the college. As per the college's NIRF Report 2024, 277 students from PG (2-year) courses were placed in 2023. The placement rate for various PG (2-year) courses (including MBA) was 77% in 2023. It was 70% in 2022.
