Yes, you can get admission in Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (GBPUAT) for the B.V.Sc. course without NEET if you are from Uttarakhand. Admission to B.V.Sc. for Uttarakhand candidates is based on merit in the entrance exam conducted by the university, not through NEET
