Yes, you are eligible for the CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) inter course if you have cleared CA (Chartered Accountant) inter Group 1 and are planning to appear for Group 2 in the upcoming exams. The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) recognizes CA inter as a qualification for admission to the CMA inter course. You can apply for CA after your 10+2 (12thboards). You can fill the CA foundation level form online from ICAI website that is cpt form. For this you have to give 9000 rupee to the icai then you can fill the form.

CA foundation exam will start from 10+2 level only. CA foundation course starts from april onwards. You can give CA foundation after your 12th. When you clear the foundation cpt then you will eligible for the intermediate level. You can also do CA intermidiate level after graduation directly.

Difficulty would be more or less the same for a 12 th pass student and an MBA (marketing) candidate. And if you have done MBA then you must be around 23 years old. Starting at this age and finally completing CA would require a lot more dedication.
