Yes, ICAI provides study material for CA Foundation, which includes previous years' papers and downloadable content. The ICAI also provides live lectures and sessions through its BoS Knowledge Portal. The study material can be accessed by registered candidates only. Once a student registers for the course, they are eligible to get the study material, sample papers, mock tests, lectures, etc.

The exam is conducted bi-annually in the months of May and November. CA Final course and exam pattern is similar to CA Foundation and CA Intermediate but the difficulty level is a few notches higher. CA Final exam has eight papers (Group I and Group II).
