You need to fill second year online form of your college for taking admission in the college, and then you will get admission in college after finishing all their formalities.

I will advise you to complete your group 2 and do all your CA final classes alongside practical training.
After your CA, you will have only work to do and earn money.

I think no, because ITO exam require graduation, and till now IPCC is not considered as graduation. Moreover, permission from ICAI should be taken before enrolling for any other course. Thanks.

One thing is assured that you will get a job after your CA IPCC, no matter how big or small. So, expected salary for freshers would be around INR 10k – INR 15k per month.

Switching from one course to another is only justified, when you believe that you can perform better in the other course where you are shifting. Taking into consideration the fact that you cleared CPT itself in three attempts, calls for some introspection and checking whether you want to continue with the same field or not. Further switching to CS is also on the same path, just a bit easier (as said by some people). Think wisely, whether you want to continue with CA. If that's a yes, be prepared to accept failures that come along because the rewards are many, when they come to you. Think wisely. All the best.
