Given your ITI background and electrical experience, the AutoCAD and PLC SCADA courses would both be beneficial in terms of career prospects. Nevertheless, because of the increasing requirement for automation and control systems, PLC SCADA is a better option. In this course, you will be taught to programme and run PLCs and SCADA systems used by the manufacturing, power generation, and water treatment industries, and in the process, become even more desirable on the job market and lead you into higher-paying positions within the automation and control engineering disciplines.
