In case you don't get your desired college in your desired state, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. If you are working in the field of journalism and you want to enhance your knowledge base, then it is beneficial only when you can have opportunities to apply that knowledge. Journalism is a practical field and any sort of distance programme will be of limited help, if you are not getting any opportunities to apply that knowledge.

Hello Rajan,
Going for NITs is a good choice. But, it is mandatory that you need to appear for JEE Mains and have a good score so as to get admission at NITs. Your 12th mark is not considered for admission but you need to have a minimum of 75%.
