If a student is unable to attend the term they applied for at the Cal State University in East Bay, the admission will be cancelled.
The student will have to submit a NEW application and pay USD 70 (INR 6.5 K) in application fees.

Yes backlogs may be accepted by the department of the course you're applying for as these are considered as only one aspect for evaluation. The number of backlogs is not as important as much their impact on preparation to continue further studies in the chosen discipline is. The no. of backlogs accepted might vary from department to department for CSUEB
