Yes, California State University Los Angeles campus welcomes international students. And it is fairly easy to get admission here as the Cal State acceptance rate is 92%. So, out of every 100 students who applied, 92 students were given an offer letter. 

If you want to get admission, applicants should meet the Cal State University eligibility criteria like having a minimum of 3.0 GPA in 12th grade, English proficiency exams like IELTS, TOEFL (61+) or Duolingo (95+) with minimum scores and more.

Also, submit the English language proficiency score. For admission to UG courses, the applicants should have completed secondary school education. Also, submit SAT/ACT score.
