I think you should travel in the month of September. The reason is that in this month, there are a lot of courses available, so you can easily take your intake.

You may check colleges under SPP, however, very limited time is available since July end is the last phase of the deadlines. You may still get firsthand information from the colleges. On the other hand you may prepare for the next fall intake and submit your applications timely by this year end.
