The query you are asking sounds good from a 15 year old confused teenager. It is not quite clear as to what you are asking. If you are asking, then this is absolutely your choice. We are not aware of your plans and what you want to do in future. Know your own career goals and decide what you want. Nobody else can tell you what you should do and if you should doing it or not, not at least at this stage. Regarding the university, it is a good one and has many innovative programs. You may check colleges under SPP, however, very limited time is available since July end is the last phase of the deadlines. You may still get firsthand information from the colleges. On the other hand you may prepare for the next fall intake and submit your applications timely by this year end.

Your IELTS band alone won't determine your admission. You have to understand your academic grades and education background will be given more weightage so for a better guidance please specify your profile.

The application process needs to be started a year ahead of the intakes. If you plan to enroll in the September 2018 intake, your application must be submitted by 2017, check the deadlines on the university websites. However, you cannot apply without your final year grades. I will, therefore, advice you to check with the universities firstly about the specific rules. Also, check for the 3-year degree acceptance by the universities. Options will be limited. Keep checking other countries too.

For most of the universities especially the top ranked ones, yes, it is too late. You may find a couple of universities still accepting the application. Better you check the university websites.
