M.Sc and MASc are research oriented degrees and theoretical. M.Eng is application oriented. MASc is very difficult to get into and includes a thesis. MASc programs are also designed for engineers so many students enroll into M.Eng programs and then try to transfer to the MASc program after completing a few courses and obtaining good grades. There is no average salary figures anyone can provide you. The reason being that the kind of job you will get after finishing the course will depend on how good or bad you are at your course.
You can check the college's website here to get more information.

You first need to apply along with academic documents and IELTS score. Interviews are very rarely conducted, only if the program that you are applying for is competitive.
