You have good IELTS score and good score in 12th.
Nurses are also in demand across the immigrant accepting western nations. You can choose to do 3 years Bachelor of Nursing degree in India, gain 3-4 years of quality and relevant work experience and then apply for immigration. You can later study for higher degrees/ search for job once you are PR. You may choose to specialize in psychiatric nursing too.
Or, you can opt to become a software engineer (do B.Tech/BE in CS from a top college/university.), bag a software programmer/engineer job in some big IT firm and do it for 3 years, prepare for IELTS and apply for Australia/ Canada immigration, get PR and then as PR (Permanent Resident) visa holder in Canada/Australia you can study Masters in top universities as a domestic student (much lower fees, govt. benefits, etc.) or directly search for a job there. IT/software professions are in very high demand across the world.

M.Sc and MASc are research oriented degrees and theoretical. M.Eng is application oriented. MASc is very difficult to get into and includes a thesis. MASc programs are also designed for engineers so many students enroll into M.Eng programs and then try to transfer to the MASc program after completing a few courses and obtaining good grades. Almost all top Canadian universities offer a Masters in computer science, please visit the university websites for details and their research work.
