You may contact the universities regarding this. Write to them with your interest to apply and ask for the career assistance they provide. How many graduates are working and where are they located? Doing research or a job is your choice, the university will offer you platform for both.

Universities will be more costly. All degrees are of two years.
Only if you study 2-year program, you are allowed to stay back for three years.
If you do PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma) of 1-year then you will be allowed to stay back for 8 months.

The cost depends on variety of factors. The location of the university, availability of scholarship, etc. But, be prepared to spend about Rs.25 to Rs.30 lakhs.

With the profile that you have shared you can apply to mostly all the overseas destinations for studies, however depending on the country of your preference and the budget pertaining to that. In case, if there are some available scholarships, maybe you could apply for the same too.
