Hi Monty yes you can opt gor B.Sc+ PGDCA as it is among one of the greatest choice in the career. And yes this can be considered as 4 year programme in CA. So just go for it and it has equal importance in India as well as Canada.

No it is not possible to do Diploma in music after B.Com because Canada laws do not accept B.Com as a full fledged graduation course you have to complete MBA before any of the courses or Diploma.

MS in the subject related to your B.Sc. General would be preferable. Also, you can try for internships in a field related to your B.Sc Degree in Canada along with your MS as you have teaching experience, you may apply for B.Ed in Canada and become a teacher there and settle directly after B.Ed. There is a lot of scope, go for it after checking the university requirements and guidelines in Canada. All the best.

Yes, you can get a Canada study visa without IELTS. You SEE Canada actually doesn't give out study visas as such, but they do provide study permits which automatically come with a temporary resident's visa. The English language assessment you need is dictated by your university of choice.

Yes, there are so many opportunities. Most of the MNCs are looking for experienced Accountants. Honestly speaking, either it be CA Inter or CA Final, your degree is nothing without experience and practical skills. If you have the required experience and skills, you'll surely survive the competition. Best of luck!
