Yes, You can study Masters or PG Diploma after doing your BE here. For both courses, your marks will be considered. You can give any of the common tests like TOEFL or IELTS. Canada is very good country for Studying and doing Masters in Engineering is something that you should go for, there are quite few requirements for doing Masters in canada they are as follows
1. In terms of academic requirements, one needs to have a minimum GPA of 3 on a scale of 4 that is between 65 and 70 Percentage or CGPA between 7.0 and 7.5 in Indian standards.
2. GRE or GMAT is also required for Several universities.
3. N order to pursue MS in Business Management, MS Finance, MS Business Analytics, one needs to have work experience of 1 to 3 years.
