Yes you can but please look at the eligibility criteria provided by the Canadian Nursing Council, online. And if you get successful please make sure that you have enough sum to support your studies and livelihood there, since many visas get rejected for this particular reason.

Now, admissions abroad are very interesting. These are not based on your academic performance in graduation but on many other things.
