Thinking about getting a PR is too early for you. A PR does not come automatically with the university admission. You must first receive the university acceptance, complete the course, get a job and work in Canada for a few years till you are eligible. You have to extend your stay and things will depend on your job, employer etc. Different province have different requirements for PR. Some provinces have better scope.
