Hi,
Canadian universities being highly competitive particularly for Masters, it's difficult to pick universities randomly. Sure, you can check a few such as University of Windsor, University of Winnipeg, Simon Fraser University, Concordia University, Dalhousie University and so on. More competitive ones include University of Toronto and university of British Columbia. You have to check the websites for entry requirements. Take help of a study abroad consultancy if you want help to shortlist universities.

Hello,I would suggest Canada is a better country to pursue mechanical engineering. To get into Canada, one need to have excellent academic scores of above 70 percent. You need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL along with GRE exam.

Difficult to say, it xan be accepted if the university is flexible and if your academic standing is strong enough. Please write to them, they will evaluate and suggest as per their rules. If you don't have a very good percentage you should retake. Canadian universities also have foundation courses in English.

You can apply to Canadian universities before the deadline. You will need to take standardized tests like SAT TOEFL. You will need high school transcript, recommendation letter.

You will have to check the entry requirements for the particular course you wish to pursue. As some of the degrees are not accepted across various nations, few exams IELTS are helpful as they are globally recognised. It will be beneficial, if you go through the link below
