You can do PGD course from Amity University or Annamalai University, as both are internationally valid and PGD takes 1 year. So, it would be a better option if you go with any university from these two.

Hello Rakesh, It is very nice and good to know that you are interested in doing either M.Tech or MS abroad after completion of the B.Tech in India. M.Tech will keep you updated and in your core area of competency even as you are in employment. On the other hand MS will slightly take you away from this core area. Some of the PG Diploma Courses, which you can go for in Canada are:
1. Conflict Analysis and Management
2. Disaster and Emergency Management
3. Educational Leadership and Management

Though I will recommend you to go for a Master's Degree in a subject or course related to your graduation course. Some examples can be:
