Honestly, if you're thinking long-term, go where you'll actually get support and peace of mind. BBIT might give you a B.Tech degree, but placements aren't great and there is pressure - attendance issues, internal marks, etc.
Surendranath College is more good and gives you time to focus on other things like coding, competitive exams, or higher studies. If you're motivated, you can do really well even with a B.Sc. It depends on your mindset.
