If you are capable of handling both at a time then go for them. No one knows your potential other than you, so first decide because CAT preparation requires minimum 4/5 hours per day initially.

Hello Vaishakhi, I feel MBA is the best career option as compared with mass communication. This is so since choice of opportunities is very limited in later while for MBA, opportunities are in plenty in different fields.
