Here are some career prospects for someone with an M.Tech in Nuclear Science and Technology:

Nuclear engineer: Research and develop processes and systems for nuclear power plants, and find medical and industrial uses for radioactive materials. Nuclear engineers work in a variety of fields, including agriculture, medicine, energy, and space exploration. 

Research scientist: Design and conduct experiments in the nuclear energy sector. 

Environmental analyst: Work in environmental or waste management, project control or management, safety, or scientific roles.
