To get a job in MNC companies, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and adaptability are essential. In technical fields, skills like data analysis, programming (Python, Java), cloud computing, and cybersecurity are highly valued. For non-tech roles, digital marketing, project management, and financial analysis are great. Certifications and internships also boost your chances.
