Yes, you are eligible but I don't know why you want to join B.Ed, usually, engineering graduates don't join. If you are passionate about teaching you can start to teach for competitive exams without B.Ed.

You can go for B.Com, M.Com and Ph.D to choose a good academic career, or you can go for B.Com and MBA in financial markets for good job prospects in companies. Log in to some good websites to check details regarding Visvesveraya, Lovely Professional University, Chitkara, etc., or if you have patience then you can go for CA, CS, CMA or CWA.
