As you talk of finance, you don't need to worry about that, you can manage to gain scholarship so that you can go for B.Tech because to move to ISRO you need a platform which you can get through your college. You'll get greater exposure also as doing graduation doesn't mean you go for jobs.

Career opportunities are plenty but they don't pay high salaries and work is never-ending. Many MNCs NGO hire public health professionals for their CSR's and other project. So job opportunities are exponentially increasing. In early stages the salary may not be at par with other professionals but as you climb the ladder things become much more simpler.

A career of a person depends on a lot many factors. Majorly it has to do with a person personality traits, interpersonal skills, learning skills, work delivery, etc. An MBA from a tier-1 college gives a person exposure to better quality education, faculty & some of the best companies during the campus placement time and thus get an opportunity to a good placement offer in a better company. A Tier-2 college will offer you exposure to a lower extent compared to tier-1. Post the campus placement a lot would depend on your individual efforts to grow up the corporate ladder in your field of exposure.
