Cloud computing is the "in thing" "latest trend" these days. It has taken up the industry by storm. It's very useful particularly to the young entrants who can ill afford to spend money and time and resources for storage devices and associated hardware/ software. There is a big demand for professionals in this field. CMU's Cloud computing course is available online and one can take it without any doubt. However, it is pointed out that similar course is also being offered by many Indian Universities it even institutions working in this field. Many of these are equally capable. Cloud computing is definitely not dangerous for our data. This is because the enterprises offering this service have to make sure that it's confidentially stored with adequate firewalls and robust systems in place. But then Murphy's Law is always there! But frankly speaking it is quite adequately safeguarded and is not dangerous at all.
