Yes, the NMAT is easier than the CAT exam. This is due to the following reasons:

  1. There is no negative marking in the NMAT unlike one-third negative marking for wrong answers in the CAT.
  2. You can do guess marking in a last-minute rush and get three marks even if only one choice is right.
  3. NMAT allows you to schedule the order of sections during the test. This makes it easier to attempt the sections for which you are well prepared.

Yes, but if student is belonging from a Reserved or Sponsored category then he/she can be selected as per 60-70 percentile in CAT Examination.

Actually,   the minimum cutoff marks for M.B.A programe is 75 Percentile in CAT Examination. but if are belonging from a Reserved or Sponsored category such as - SC / ST or EWS then He/She can probably get a chance to get admission with 60-70 percentile marks in CAT Examination.

It also depends or varies on every year student Quantity and Requirements of College Authority. The Cutoff marks or CAT Percentile varies every year.

A good score is 70%, but the cut-off can vary depending on the program, competition, and availability of seats. Other factors include work experience, academic background, and performance in subsequent rounds of the selection process. To get an idea of the required score range, you can search for APSU's MBA programme cut-offs for previous years, contact
