The admission to JEMAT participating colleges is done based on the counselling process conducted by MAKAUT. Several colleges that accept JEMAT scores may also accept CAT scores for admission. Candidates must check the admission policy released by the participating colleges to know about the detailed admission process.

Candidates who have a valid score of CAT and CMAT need not appear for VMOU MET. They can apply for admission basis their score in these exams. However, scores should not be more than one year old. For example, if you plan for VMOU MBA in 2026, you must have passed CAT 2025 or CMAT in 2026.

Aryabhatta Knowledge University has various programmes for admission, some of which require you to have a CAT score while others don't. AKU accepts various entrance exams for admission, including its own AKU Entrance Test, as well as popular exams like NEET, BCECE, XAT, IIFT MBA (IB), CMAT, MAT, GMAT, and GRE. These exams are used to evaluate the children to get admission in the same. So depending on the course, you'll be able to decide whether you can get in without CAT or not.

You can apply to Sri Balaji Society’s BIMM and other colleges which offer two year PGDM programme. In multiple specializations. they have 4 B-schools and 13 courses each of which is as good as the other (as per inputs from friends and alumni). I have applied to other B-schools too and looking forward to get admission in at least one of these but what attracts me towards Sri Balaji Society is their placement. Almost all students get placed with attractive packages. They have fairly good faculty and guest lecturers too which is a bonus.
